Online Banking Retardation
I hate this trend of online banking services of moving toward 1000 questions and essays for answers system. All it does is create a headache out of something that should just work. I would rather have a physical usb key with a syncronized timecode than to work with the systems they're implimenting.
Also once set you can't fix them. So basically it promotes the user to make a physical (or worse notepaded) version of all the questions and answers simply to deal with the system. This is not an increase in security.
I've said this before about other things (quality plans) but I stand firmly by this statement. Increasing complexity is not a solution its an indication of a problem.
