Coming Soon: Guitar Hero Battle.net Edition

Apparently Vivendi is going to spin off their games division (Blizzard Entertainment) and merge that with Activision to form a new company named Activision Blizzard.

That new entity Vivendi would retain 52% ownership in and would rival EA in size.
