...ON THE TIPPECANOE RIVER ABOVE WINAMAC... MODERATE FLOODING WAS
OCCURRING WITH A STAGE OF 13.4 FEET MEASURED AT 12 PM SATURDAY. FLOOD
STAGE IS 11 FEET. AT 14 FEET... MAJOR FLOODING IS IN PROGRESS.

The park is totally flooded, some of the houses on my street are flooded out...

And I got 4 feet between the river and my basement floor.
