If there was one annoying thing about calling a customer "service" number it would be the hold music. For example from when I called Sprint this morning and had to listen to Locomotion and Daydream. Granted they are good songs but I don't think its really wise to play a song that will get stuck in someones head for the rest of the day reminding them of the phone call.
